Cider Chicken


Ingredients
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 250ml cider vinegar
  • 250ml apple cider
  • 1 -2 potatoes thickly sliced.
Putting it all together:
Heat oven to 175°C and cover bottom of a baking dish with sliced potatoes. Add chicken on top and sprinkle with garlic, salt, then pour vinegar over all.

Bake for 35 minutes or until chicken is browned and cooked through, and juices run clear.
Serve on a bed of the cooked sliced potatoes and greens.
