For those non-Australian readers (if there is actually anyone other than me who reads this), A Golden Gaytime is a popular ice cream here in Australia. First released in 1959, its name has survived intact despite the obvious homosexual connotations.
I'm actually surprised it took this long for someone to make it a cocktail.
Ingredients:
Putting it all together:
It's a cocktail. Whack everything bar the crumbs in a shaker and shake the bejeezus out of it.
Serve in a martini glass, and garnish with the crumbs (probably not as messily as the image, but hey, go nuts).

- 30 ml butterscotch schnapps
- 15 ml Tia Maria (or Kahluha)
- 15 ml Baileys Irish Cream
- 30 ml cream
- Streets Gaytime Crumbs
- ice to shake
