I'm a sucker for lamb chops. I'm a sucker for Drambuie. I'm a total sucker for Drambuie lamb chops! What more needs to be said?
Ingredients:
750g lamb chops
150ml water
50g melted butter
3-4 shots of Drambuie
Salt & pepper
1 pinch thyme
Rosemarry sprigs
Putting it all together:
Pre-heat the oven on 170°C. Place the lamb chops in a medium oven pan. Pour the water, the Drambuie and the butter over the chops and season well.
Put the pan in the oven for 35-40 minutes (depending on how you want your lamb chops to be cooked).
Garnish with rosemary sprigs.
