Raspresso Rumtini

My darling husband came up with this delightful little cocktail. We wanted an Espresso Martini, but didn't have vodka, so he opted for white rum and a dash of raspberry liqueur because, why not. I'm sure it's been done before, but we're calling it Raspresso Rumtini.

Ingredients:
  • 1 shot white rum
  • 1 shot espresso coffee
  • 1 shot Tia Maria
  • half shot raspberry liqueur.

Putting it all together.
Mix over ice and shake the bejeezus out of it.

Serve in a chilled martini class.

The flavour is reminiscent of a Cherry Ripe chocolate bar. It's delightful!
