Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-raising flour sifted*
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 440g (crushed) canned pineapple
Putting it all together:

  1. Heat oven to 180°C. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and set aside.
  2. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  3. Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 55-60 minutes

* or 2 cups of regular flour with 1tsp bicab added.
