Impossible Chocolate Pie

Ingredients;

  • 57g chocolate (melted)
  • 237 ml milk
  • 145g brown sugar
  • 57g butter (melted and cooled slightly)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 160g baking mix (such as Bisquick)
Putting it all together:
Heat oven to 180°C.

Grease the inside of a 22cm pie baking dish with butter and set aside.

Blitz everything in the blender until well combined. 

Pour into pie dish and bake for about 30 minutes. Do the old skewer-poke test to check if ready.

Remove pie from oven and set on heat-proof surface to cool. The top may crack a bit as it cools.

Serve with whipped cream.
