Ingredients:
- A big can of tuna (in water if you like a milder fish flavour)
- A bit of something oniony
- Half a bag of your finest pasta
- Some fresh parsley, chopped (make sure the dog hasn't recently pissed on it)
- 250ml cream
- A teaspoon of hotenglish mustard
- 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan
- A can of corn kernels
- A couple of generous scoops of ricotta
- A bit of melted butter (not too much)
- About a cup of grated tasty cheese
- 2 teaspoons chicken salt
Putting it all together:
Drain & flake the tuna and mix with the corn, onion, cream, mustard, ricotta, parsley & chicken salt.
Separately mix the melted butter with the breadcrumbs & parmesan
Cook the pasta and mix into the tuna medley
Lay into a baking dish & top with grated cheese then crumb mix. Add some pepper if you like
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until crumbs brown up.
Let sit for a few minutes to firm up then serve.
