Ingredients:
- 1kg lamb - diced
- 1 onion - diced
- 2 small Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
- 2 bannanas sliced
- 3tps mild curry powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup fruit chutney (Rosella)
- (Optional: handful of saltanas)
Putting it together:
Bang it all in the slow cooker, give it a good stir and cook on Auto for 5 hours or in the pressure cooker for 45-60 minutes.
Thicken with cornflour before serving.
