Sweet Lamb Curry


 Ingredients:

  • 1kg lamb - diced
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 2 small Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and sliced)
  • 2 bannanas sliced
  • 3tps mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic 
  • 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup beef stock
  • 1/2 cup fruit chutney (Rosella)
  • (Optional: handful of saltanas)
Putting it together:
Bang it all in the slow cooker, give it a good stir and cook on Auto for 5 hours or in the pressure cooker for 45-60 minutes. 

Thicken with cornflour before serving.
