Tim Tam Rum Balls


Ingredients:

  • 200 g chocolate Tim Tam biscuits
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp spiced rum
  • Milo or cocoa to roll in.
Putting it all together:

Place the chocolate Tim Tam biscuits, rum, and the sweetened condensed milk into a blender and mix until combined. 

Pour the mixture into a bowl and place into the fridge to firm up (approx 30 minutes). 

Roll into balls and coat with Milo, desiccated coconut or cocoa.

Keep refrigerated until needed.
