An Ethiopian spice mixed for stews (wats), eg: Feyell Wat
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup paprika
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Putting it all together:
Put it all together....in a mason jar and shake the bejeezus out of it.
