Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
Putting it all together:
At the bottom of the slow cooker, add the chicken thighs.
Combine the ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, basil, and honey in a small mixing bowl until incorporated. Pout this over the chicken thighs.
Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours.
Best served over rice or mixed veggies. Enjoy!
