Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 70g caster sugar
  • 50g plain flour

Method

  1. Prepare the mixture:
    • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
    • Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl, then remove from the heat and stir in the butter until smooth and combined.
