These forequarter chops are tender, flavorful, and infused with fresh herbs. The simple marinade of rosemary, garlic, and lemon juice enhances the natural flavours of the lamb, while broiling at the end creates a delicious crust.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Method
- Preheat the oven:

- In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice. Mix well.
- Season the lamb:
- Rub the rosemary and garlic mixture evenly over both sides of the lamb chops.
